Gilbert M. Martin is a distinguished freelance composer and choral music editor, boasting over three decades of experience in the music industry. His original compositions and arrangements have garnered widespread acclaim, resonating with organists, pianists, schools, and churches alike. Beyond his creative pursuits, Martin is a dedicated educator and conductor, frequently traveling nationwide to lead musical ensembles and share his expertise.

Martin’s impressive credentials include a Bachelor of Music degree from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey, where he honed his craft under the tutelage of esteemed mentors Alexander McCurdy and George Lynn. His exceptional talent has earned him recognition as a distinguished composer and graduate of Westminster. Throughout his illustrious career, Martin has received an impressive 21 ASCAP Awards. As an active member of ACDA, AGO, AEA, and NARAS, he remains deeply invested in the music community, continuing to inspire and contribute to the world of music.
